Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Several types of items cannot be returned, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale/clearance items

    • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

    • Customized or personalized products

Return Process

  1. Contact us at zayluxnest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning items, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. If you need an exchange, please email us at zayluxnest@gmail.com.
